Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

If you are an adult aged 18 years or over, and feeling anxious, depressed or trying to cope with an unexpected change in your life, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) could help you to experience a fuller and more enjoyable life.

You may not realise it right now but you already have plenty of strengths and skills that have helped you through some of life’s challenges and therapy will continue to build on these, enabling you to make further changes.

Susan is a Qualified and Accredited Therapist registered with the British Association for Behavioural & Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP). She has many years of experience working within mental health, has a gentle, caring approach, and can offer you private, face to face, cognitive behavioural therapy sessions.

Susan is able to help you with the following difficulties;

  • Panic Disorder
  • Specific Phobia
  • Health Anxiety
  • Social Anxiety
